My Grandfather's Birthday Party

Sanada-san has arranged a birthday party for my Grandfather over at the Sanada residence. My parents and I are looking forward to the event.

[Edited next morning]

Well. It is obvious my Grandfather let his guard down last night. I'm not sure when Sasuke will recover. Too bad brain bleach isn't an actual thing.

Apparently Sanada-san hadn't informed his family about his and my Grandfather's exact relationship. Even having been told that they HAD been in one didn't prepare my Father for the evidence of their current continuation. My Mother is suggesting that they go to a health spa in the mountains for a few weeks. I approve, Father needed a vacation anyway.

As for myself, I sincerely hope that I am that...energetic and enthusiastic when I am their age.

[ooc: I left the WHAT up in the air, hope this works...I can edit if not. Tezuka is in a bit of shock but is also thinking, "way to go Gramps!" ;)]

... Uh... I don't think I should have read this.

Hey, at least you didn't have to see the old farts locking lips.

I'm glad I didn't.

Though I'm confused... if your grandparents are... like that... How the hell were you guys born???

Luck? From how Gramps put it he was expected to have a family, and so he did.

They were only kissing. I apologize if I implied otherwise, but apparently I too was in shock.

To answer your question below, they were raised in a different era and had strong family obligations, therefore they each married and had children. Now that their wives are gone and the era has started to shift, well...they are very fond of one another even still.
